Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Trainer to train and develop candidates aspiring to become Retail Sales Associates (RSA). The ideal candidate will have handson experience in retail sales training and a passion for developing skills in the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on retail sales techniques customer interaction and product knowledge.
- Curriculum Implementation: Ensure effective endtoend training aligned with industry standards.
- Attendance & Progress Tracking: Maintain daily attendance records and monitor student progress.
- Field Training & Assessment: Organize onthejob training sessions and store visits for handson experience.
- Reporting & Coordination: Submit timely reports to the Center Head & Head Office (HO).
- Batch Management: Ensure 100 batch attendance and work towards high passing percentages.
- Placement Support: Guide students towards job placements and work closely with the placement team.
- Mobilization Support: Assist mobilizers in selecting suitable candidates for training.
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize modern training methodologies to enhance learning effectiveness.
Requirements
* 15 years of experience in training Retail Sales Associates (RSA) or related fields.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
* Proficiency in training methodologies and assessment techniques.
* Experience in people management and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with learning principles and modern training techniques.
* Ability to manage the full training cycle effectively.
