Job Description
Get to know the Team
You will be under the Deliveries Team which covers strategy and operations. We analyze and collaborate partners to improve the Grab experience of our deliverypartners merchants and eaters.
Get to know the Role
You will drive initiatives for GrabExpress manage GrabSupport projects and spearhead product launches on the Grab Consumer app to ensure crossfunctional collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives.
You will report directly to the Manager Deliveries. You will be based onsite at our Exquadra Tower Ortigas office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- GrabExpress Strategy: You will be for developing and implementing strategy for GrabExpress. You will collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure alignment with overall company goals and drive initiatives to improve business metrics.
- GrabSupport Projects:You will act as the main point of contact for the GrabSupport team projects. You will provide inputs on policies and process improvements support handling of escalations review metrics and impact and collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless support.
- Consumer App Product & Operations: You will serve as the main point of contact for new product launches on the Grab Consumer app. You will coordinate with local and regional teams to manage product rollouts review product impact and provides expert guidance on app capabilities and limitations.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have a bachelors degree with 3 or more years of experience in Strategy Operations Project Management or Management Consulting
- You have analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into applicable strategies
- You have 3 or more years of experience using Excel / Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- You have experience using SQL or Python
