Location: Remote (Philippinesbased)
Work Hours: 8 AM 5 PM PST Monday Friday
Salary Range: $1000 $1600/month
Company Overview: Alderai is expanding its backoffice operations to support business growth and future acquisitions. We are looking for an AP/AR Specialist who can also take on administrative tasks ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes ensuring timely payments and invoicing
Process and track vendor invoices and payments
Reconcile bank statements and financial records
Assist with general administrative duties including data entry and documentation management
Support HR compliance tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll processing
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline backoffice operations
Requirements:
2 years of experience in AP/AR bookkeeping or financial administration
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in QuickBooks Xero or similar accounting software (preferred but not required)
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work US hours (PST)
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
