Job Description

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist & Administrative Assistant

Location: Remote (Philippinesbased)

Work Hours: 8 AM 5 PM PST Monday Friday

Salary Range: $1000 $1600/month

Company Overview: Alderai is expanding its backoffice operations to support business growth and future acquisitions. We are looking for an AP/AR Specialist who can also take on administrative tasks ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes ensuring timely payments and invoicing

  • Process and track vendor invoices and payments

  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records

  • Assist with general administrative duties including data entry and documentation management

  • Support HR compliance tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll processing

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline backoffice operations

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in AP/AR bookkeeping or financial administration

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Xero or similar accounting software (preferred but not required)

  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Ability to work US hours (PST)

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
