Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone chat and email in German.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries efficiently ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (phones tablets etc..
- Assist customers with managing and securing their accounts and passwords.
- Track and follow up on customer cases to ensure timely resolution.
What You Bring:
- Fluency in German (C2 and Advanced English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of online community dynamics and digital trends.
Requirements:
- Based in Malaga Spain. or able to move right away (Relocation package on offer)
- Valid NIE NAF and a Spanish bank account.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dynamic proactive and eager to learn.
- Open to work on rotational shifts.
