Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform various production operations including incoming wafer inspection Pick and Place (Die Sorter and Manual PNP) and inking.
- Ensure timely shipment in accordance with the KGD demand report.
- Willing to work overtime on off days to meet shipment deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- Willing to work 12hour night shifts.
- Able to support overtime as required.
- No prior experience required training will be provided.
- Immediate availability to start work.
- Male candidates only.
- Contract: 3 months (extension subject to business needs).
