Lead Inspire and Unite Our Football Community as AUS RMF Football Head Coach
Join the elite ranks of the Real Madrid Foundation Football Program and inspire the next generation of players. As the AUS RMF Football Head Coach you will not only shape young athletes skills and passion for the game but also oversee our entire program working closely with coaches parents and AUS RMF staff to create an environment where players can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the program ensuring alignment with the Real Madrid Foundations vision and high standards.
- Mentor and collaborate with a dedicated team of coaches fostering a supportive and growthfocused coaching environment.
- Engage with parents and staff to build a strong communitycentered program that emphasizes both athletic and personal development.
- Lead program initiatives including training schedules performance analysis and community outreach.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in football coaching and program management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with coaches families and AUS RMF staff.
- Passion for nurturing young talent and promoting teamwork discipline and resilience.
