Job Description
- Lead and manage client projects ensuring successful delivery through expertise in Project Management and Business Consulting.
- Oversee project timelines budgets and risks leveraging both Scrum and Agile methodologies to meet client goals and expectations.
- Develop and present sales proposals and materials actively contributing to the units growth and client acquisition.
- Identify and advocate for innovative approaches that enhance our service offerings and add value for our clients.
- Mentor and support junior consultants fostering their professional growth and development within the team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Engineering or Project Management; relevant certifications are an asset.
- Proven track record in Project Management or Business Consulting ideally within a technology consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of business principles with the ability to translate them into actionable impactful solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams both internally and with clients.
- Excellent analytical skills with a creative approach to solving complex challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Genuine interest in helping organizations become more agile and responsive to change.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
