Logistics Support
Summary of the Role:
Responsible for supporting the client team by performing accurate and efficient data entry managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring optimal workflow (timely and costeffective). Committed to maintaining data integrity confidentiality and delivering highquality service to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Keep assigned client profiles uptodate and liaise with Inbound teams effectively on related procedural changes where relevant
- Issue insurance certificate sampling labels and instructions
- Work closely with relevant internal teams clients brokers and logisticservice providers
- Work closely with client teams and Head office to anticipate challenges and advise on potential solutions
- Monitor assigned clients position & receivables
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Education
- University graduate (BA or equivalent)
- Focus/ Major in Foreign Trade Commodity Trading Logistics or Management is a plus
- Other certifications are a plus
Experience and Technical Skills
- 0 to 1 year of working experience
- Experience in an international environment related to trade/ supply chain/ logistics
- Experience in coffee trade logistics is a plus
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus
- Knowledge/ practical experience in SAP
- Good knowledge of Excel Word Outlook
- Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams SharePoint...
- Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Knowledge of ESCC is a plus
