Escrow Officer
Location: 100 onsite in Fort Worth TX

Our client is hiring an experienced Escrow Officer to manage real estate closings and facilitate seamless transactions for buyers sellers realtors and lenders. This position involves handling escrow processes from file opening to postclosing ensuring compliance with Texas real estate and title regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and manage escrow files ensuring title commitment requirements are met.
- Review and update title commitments distributing them to all relevant parties.
- Prepare closing statements settlement documents and required transaction paperwork.
- Coordinate with buyers sellers real estate agents and mortgage lenders to address questions and resolve closing issues.
- Conduct real estate closings including table fundings ensuring all signatures and funds are properly processed.
- Handle postclosing tasks including funding disbursement of escrow funds and document filing.
- Balance escrow accounts process transactions and issue payments to appropriate entities.
- File legal documents with county clerks and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
- Perform final audits of closed files to maintain accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth and repeat transactions.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in escrow title insurance or real estate transactions.
- Indepth knowledge of escrow procedures title insurance and Texas real estate laws.
- Proficiency with escrow management software and standard office tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple real estate transactions under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for client and industry partner interactions.
- Texas Escrow Officer license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
