Join Athelis Club & Spa as a Business Spa & Hospitality Manager a leader in luxury & wellness.
We seek a passionate experienced and resultsdriven Spa & Hospitality Manager to lead Aria Spa at Athelis Club & Spa. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced luxury environment delivering an unparalleled wellness experience to our guests while driving financial success.
As Business Spa and Hospitality Manager you will oversee Aria Spas daytoday operations ensuring exceptional service operational efficiency and team motivation.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire Manage train and develop a highperforming spa team
- Drive Business Growth Take complete ownership of financial performance hitting revenue targets and managing budgets
- Deliver Luxury Experiences Ensure every guest interaction reflects the worldclass service expected at Aria Spa
- Uphold High Standards Monitor treatment quality implement training and maintain service excellence
- Enhance the Guest Journey Ensure seamless client experiences from booking to posttreatment care
- Operational Excellence Oversee spa presentation cleanliness and compliance with health & safety regulations
- Product & Inventory Management Manage stock ordering and control to support business needs
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Spa & Hospitality Experience Proven management experience in a luxury spa.
- Professional Qualifications NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy or Spa Management.
- Luxury Brand Knowledge Experience with Gaia or similar highend brands (preferred but not essential).
- Leadership & Motivation A strong inspiring leader who can drive performance and team engagement.
- CustomerFirst Mindset Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Financial & Business Acumen Comfortable managing budgets revenue targets and operational costs.
