Tasks
Your Role:
As a Guest Experience Host youll be the first face our guests see and the last they remember. Youll be at the heart of our operations providing exceptional service to every guest and ensuring their stay is seamless from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming Guests: Greet and check in guests making them feel at home right from the start.
- Personalized Experience: Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations for an unforgettable stay.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest requests and resolve issues with a calm and solutionoriented approach.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with reservations checkout processes and general reception duties
Requirements
You are motivated and willing to learn. Proficiency in German and English is required and other languages are a plus.
