Job Description
About your tasks:
- Process and validate IT data for monthly reports while maintaining high standards of data quality and automating the process.
- Support the tracking and evaluation of IT investments to ensure costeffectiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Monitoring IT budgets track expenditures and prepare financial reports to support decisionmaking and forecasting.
- Provide project performance data to accounting for accurate financial tracking and Invoicing.
- Collaborate with the IT governance team to develop concepts and roll out new governance initiatives.
- Prepare impactful presentations and reports for IT management ensuring key insights are clearly communicated.
- Conduct data analysis to identify risks and recommend opportunities for improvement using automation tool like Power Query Power BI or similar.
Qualifications :
About you:
- A completed professional education in the IT field or a comparable qualification.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Jira Excel Confluence and Power Query/Power BI
- Experience in IT investment controlling (monitoring and reporting) is an advantage
- Experience in IT project management governance principles like COBIT/ITIL and IT process documentation is a great plus.
- Good knowledge of German (B2 level) is essential.
- Business Proficiency in English required.
