Project Management & Leadership: Lead the planning and delivery of highprofile engineering projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations. Prepare Management reports every month. Take care of paper flow received for approval of MD. 2. Team Management: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and professional growth. Take care of email communications for MD. Schedule weekly meetings for Sales Design QC Service & Production review and keep track of Business Activities 3. Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in your field of specialization offering guidance and support to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize project outcomes. Keep track of important activities and follow up assigned by MD. Prepare and keep updated the company presentations as and when required. 4. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and of the engineering departments strategic roadmap identifying opportunities for innovation expansion and market differentiation. Support in activities related to marketing seminars exhibitions webinars etc. 5. Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Coordination with companys entities for all administrative topics. 6. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance protocols to uphold the highest standards of safety reliability and regulatory compliance across all engineering activities. 7. Risk Assessment & Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks leveraging your experience and expertise to anticipate potential issues and implement effective risk mitigation strategies. 8. Resource Utilization & Allocation: Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity while also ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints. 9. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department championing the adoption of best practices emerging technologies and process enhancements to enhance organizational capabilities and competitiveness. Keep track of business trend visualization & tracking. 10. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs providing regular reports and updates to senior management on project status milestones and key deliverables.
