You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Navigating Hiring Managers in a world of talent acquisition and together with other team members taking care of full recruitment cycle for a dedicated area
- Applying strategic recruitment techniques from sourcing to assessing candidates
- Eventually driving extra talent acquisition projects besides recruitment such as candidate experience management or analytics just tell us your passion
- Analyzing the market being uptodate to the newest talent trends sourcing strategies and innovative recruitment methods
Qualifications :
- Have an experience of 1 year in the talent acquisition area of managing fullcycle recruitment projects
- Possess good stakeholder management and networking skills
- Would describe yourself as a tech savvy personality with a passion for data and recruitment metrics
- Have a strong sense of ownership and peopleoriented mindset with willingness to create the best candidate and hiring manager experience
- Are fluent in English and Lithuanian languages
