Family Support Specialist Empower Families Make a Difference!

- Fulltime maxterm until June 2026
- $80000 per annum 11.5 Super Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18550
Are you passionate about supporting families of children with disabilities and developmental delays At Each were looking for a Family Support Specialist to help families navigate the NDIS and maximise the support available for their childs growth and development.

What Youll Do:
Provide ongoing checkins and plan reassessments to ensure families receive the right support.
Empower families to confidently manage and implement their childs NDIS plan.
Help set and review individualised goals based on family priorities.
Maintain accurate records complete administrative tasks and use IT systems effectively.
Offer compassionate guidance during challenging conversations.

About You:
Exceptional customer service and a familycentred approach.
Strong communication skills to simplify complex information.
Experience in early childhood education administration or customer service.
Knowledge of the NDIS and a passion for supporting families.
Techsavvy with the ability to use online systems and telehealth tools.
