Job Description

At TAL Product Managers play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering marketleading product propositions. With a focus on problemsolving collaboration and driving change this role is key to optimising our products and supporting business growth. Were looking for a resilient and detailoriented leader to help bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development projects to enhance and maintain TALs product offerings driving business growth and meeting customer and partner needs.
  • Own change management processes from tactical to strategic initiatives ensuring successful implementation and compliance.
  • Provide expertise across crossfunctional teams including pricing legal risk and external stakeholders for new product development.
  • Take full responsibility for product acquisition governance developing specifications and IT requirements.
  • Support daytoday product and technical matters including claims management and operational processes.

Qualifications :

  • Life insurance expert with indepth knowledge of Australian lump sum and disability products as well as the distribution regulatory and legislative landscape. Product management experience is a plus.
  • Skilled in crafting balanced solutions to complex problems considering both customer and commercial impacts.
  • Strong understanding of product definitions their impact and the ability to drive sustainable change.
  • Adaptable and able to manage change as business priorities evolve.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain influential relationships with diverse stakeholders.
