Job Description
At TAL Product Managers play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering marketleading product propositions. With a focus on problemsolving collaboration and driving change this role is key to optimising our products and supporting business growth. Were looking for a resilient and detailoriented leader to help bring our vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development projects to enhance and maintain TALs product offerings driving business growth and meeting customer and partner needs.
- Own change management processes from tactical to strategic initiatives ensuring successful implementation and compliance.
- Provide expertise across crossfunctional teams including pricing legal risk and external stakeholders for new product development.
- Take full responsibility for product acquisition governance developing specifications and IT requirements.
- Support daytoday product and technical matters including claims management and operational processes.
Qualifications :
- Life insurance expert with indepth knowledge of Australian lump sum and disability products as well as the distribution regulatory and legislative landscape. Product management experience is a plus.
- Skilled in crafting balanced solutions to complex problems considering both customer and commercial impacts.
- Strong understanding of product definitions their impact and the ability to drive sustainable change.
- Adaptable and able to manage change as business priorities evolve.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain influential relationships with diverse stakeholders.
