SJC is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Finance Team as the LAHSA Billing Manager. This role is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of grant and contract invoicing and reporting.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all LAHSA grant and contract invoicing reporting and related billing compliance.
Partner with senior management to implement and manage grant financial activities in alignment with SJC standards.
Assist in maintaining and improving systems for grants performance reporting and invoicing.
Oversee the grant billing and contracts submission schedule managing a logistical system for processing.
Ensure all invoicing financial reporting and grant billing processes meet SJC quality standards.
Collaborate with other SJC departments and funders to ensure resources are utilized appropriately.
Respond to auditors and grant monitors during financial audits.
Support the AVP of Finance with other contracts as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Requirements
LAHSA billing experience highly desirable
One year fund accounting and fiscal grants management preferred
Intermediate understanding of computer software systems.
Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office depending on workload)

Compensation: $30$33/h
