Case Manager QMHP Community Support Team Full Time
$1000 Sign on Bonus
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower people with physical developmental intellectual mental health challenges those who have suffered a trauma and those at risk to enjoy lives of dignity and purpose. We are looking for a Qualified Mental Health Professional in Aurora IL who exemplifies that mission and wants to work for an organization that makes a difference.
What you will be doing
- The Behavioral Health CST Case Manager is responsible for the provision of mobile emergency crisis intervention services and community support and engagement services.
- Services are provided primarily in the community including local hospitals other agencies shelters and client homes
- Working with a team of behavioral health service providers within the agency to ensure a positive clientcentered approach
- This job position may have some work components that can be performed remotely. Remote work arrangements are not a right or entitlement of employment. They are discretionary and subject to demonstrated performance and operational needs. Approval may be rescinded at any time at the sole discretion of management.
What will you bring to the table
- Masters degree in human services or a related field (required)
- Experience working in social services (required)
- A valid Illinois drivers license and automobile insurance

What are the other requirements
- Navigation of stairs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Ability to provide services in a clients home
- The use of your personal vehicle or agency vehicles to transport clients
