Job Description

ISS International SpA is looking for a Technical Safety Engineers for Oil & Gas Development Projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Safety Critical Elements Identification
  • Fire&Gas Detection Philosophy and Layouts
  • Fire&Gas Cause and Effect Matrix
  • SSIV Location Study
  • Hazardous Area Classification Report and Layouts
  • Quantitative Risk Analysis
  • Fire and Explosion Risk Analysis
  • Vent Gas Dispersion and Radiation Study
  • Fire Zone Layouts (TBC after FERA)
  • Fire Fighting Systems Layouts
  • Escape Routes & Safety Equipment Layouts
  • Fireproofing Zones & PFP Layouts (TBC after FERA)
  • Noise Study
  • Escape Evacuation and Rescue Analysis
  • Specifications for Passive Fire Protections (TBC after FERA)
  • Firefighting P&IDs


Requirements:

  • BSc in Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Process Safety and Loss Preventionfor Detail Engineering and FEED in the Oil & Gas Industry
  • Application of the specialized methodologies and use of the most common softwaretools (e.g. DNV PHAST software PIPENET Model PHAworks etc..
  • English professional

  • Period: from 01/05/2025 till 30/09/2025 liable to extension
  • Job location: Remote
  • Working schedule: 8 hours a day / 5 days a week
  • Rotation: N/A

There would be possible few daysmissions to sites in Egypt and abroad.
