Job Summary:
As the HR Manager you will serve as the onsite HR leader overseeing all aspects of human resources including employee relations benefits administration recruiting safety and workforce compliance. This role requires a handson adaptable professional who thrives in a fastpaced manufacturing setting and can effectively support both hourly and salaried employees.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field (required).
5 years of HR experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of employee relations benefits administration recruiting and compliance.
Proficiency in Windowsbased systems and Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work as an onsite HR leader.
Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with handson daily HR responsibilities.
