Job Description

The Marketing Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Braes Egypt and its clients ensuring the delivery of effective marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking client management and hands-on execution to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Please note that this is a full time on site role in Sheikh Zayed

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients building and maintaining strong long-lasting relationships.

  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Provide regular updates reports and insights to clients ensuring transparency and alignment.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans tailored to client needs.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.

  • Monitor campaign performance analyze key metrics and optimize strategies for improved ROI.

Project & Budget Management

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Manage budgets effectively allocating resources to maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Utilize project management tools to track progress and maintain organization.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with creative content and technical teams to develop cohesive marketing materials.

  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.



Requirements

- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.

- Experience: 2-4 years in account management or client services within a marketing agency or similar environment.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
