Job Description
The Marshall Advanced Manufacturing Center West Virginias Advanced Manufacturing Technology Center is accepting resumes for a Training Unit Director based at MAMC Huntington. The Training Unit Director at Marshall Advanced Manufacturing Center is responsible for designing and implementing training programs that align with the training initiatives with organizational goals. This role will supervise training staff and resources foster a collaborative team environment and access training effectiveness while incorporating feedback for continuous improvement. The Director will manage the logistics of academic customized and apprenticeship training and serve as the main point for the apprenticeship training center. The Director will collaborate with external organizations to develop a training outline that effectively aligns with the companys goals. This partnership aims to ensure that the training is both relevant and beneficial thereby enhancing the skills of our workforce and fostering growth within the organization. Travel will be required for this position.
