Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
For the Western and Southern Regions: Support to the L&C teams in Italy Iberia and France with
Drafting and reviewing NDAs
Horizon scanning support
Support and report to and update the Senior L&C Manager for Continental Europe
Assist with the drive for consistency and efficiency across the Western and Southern Regions by seeking out and sharing expertise information learnings knowhow and experiences with the L&C community
For Italy only:
Coordination of the complaints handling biannual reporting to IVASS and support the Glasgow Italian complaints handlers for drafting final response letter
Support BSA activities
Analysis and review of corporate policies
