Project Support Officers Multiple!
- 12 months contract 2x12 months extension options!
- Location Open to ACT QLD VIC WA
- Australian Citizens with current NV1 or above Clearance
Infinite Consulting is seeking multiple talented Project Support Officers for our esteemed Federal Government Client. This is a 12 months initial contract with further extensions possible based on funding and approval.
About the Role:
As Project Support Officers you will assist in the operations of a Project/Program/Portfolio Office and the delivery of projects. You will hold an active NV1 NV2 or TSPV security clearances.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project program and/or portfolio planning and performance processes in accordance with agreed procedures and performance standards.
- Assist with preparations for project test evaluation and acceptance programs.
- Apply project management methodologies to administrative and technical activities.
- Research draft and prepare briefs correspondence and reports including submissions for committee consideration.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders and understand their expectations and concerns.
- Maintain project financial records under the direction of the Project Manager.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Support Officer.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies e.g. PRINCE2.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 and other software applications.
Submission Requirements:
Duration: July 2025 start! 12 months contract
Clearance: Australian Citizens with current NV1 and above clearance
