About Slate
Slate is a new US Electric Vehicle company transforming the battery electric vehicle space.
Who we are looking for:
As a Cybersecurity Program Manager you will lead sophisticated cybersecurity projects and programs that enhance governance compliance risk management and security operations. You will provide strategic direction drive crossfunctional initiatives and ensure that security solutions align with organizational and regulatory requirements.
This seniorlevel role requires proven experience in cybersecurity program management governance or risk management within the technology financial automotive or enterprise security industries. The ideal candidate will have a consistent record of leading enterprisewide cybersecurity programs in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

What you get to do:
- Lead and run moderate to large complex cybersecurity projects and programs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide strategic direction to project teams and peers to drive successful project .
- Design develop and manage project plans adjusting to evolving business and security requirements in a fastpaced environment.
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
- Apply strong problemsolving and influencing skills to drive project plans ensuring outcomes align with intent.
- Partner crossfunctionally with business and technology teams providing strategic and tactical thought leadership to achieve project success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to enhance collaboration and commitment to cybersecurity initiatives.
- Communicate project status risks and outcomes effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders.
What you bring to the team:
- 10 years of experience in program or project management within cybersecurity technology or information security.
- Experience leading complex cybersecurity initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles frameworks (NIST NIST CSF ISO 27001 and risk management best practices.
- Experience in managing largescale security projects including governance compliance incident response or cloud security initiatives.
- Excellent organizational communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
- Ability to navigate organizational structures and drive alignment among diverse teams.
- Experience in Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- PMP CISM CISSP Scrum Master or other relevant certifications are a plus.
