Tasks :
Able to take responsibility and manage a team
Organize and coordinate production and sales within your unit
Continuously monitor the application of quality standards
Responsible for daily administration cash management
Responsible for managing orders: administrative followup margin optimization.
Take care of the weekly and periodic closure of inventories
Able to provide training and evaluate your team
Able to draft and follow up on personnel administration.
Contributes on a regular basis to the recruitment and training of new team members.
Direct cooperation with the Manager.
Participates in the service
At least two years of experience in the hospitality industry
A good knowledge of Dutch French and English is a plus.
In possession of a bachelors degree
Willing to work evenings and weekends
Organized punctual respectful
Communicative
Respect rules and agreements
Good stress management
Having a B driving license and your own car is a plus
