We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant on a 912 month fixed term maternity cover contract to join us from the middle of March. The Executive Assistant will provide confidential highlevel administrative support to the CEO and CFO of our Plc organisation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate or plc environment supporting senior executives in a fastpaced setting. You must possess excellent organisational skills the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel PowerPoint and Word).
If you are a detailoriented proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic fastpaced environment and would be avaiable to start in March then we would love to hear from you. The role will require travel into central London as and when required.
