Job Description
A well reputed real estate developer in Oman is looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join their sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Offer professional advice and guidance on property buying and investment opportunities
- Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network to foster business opportunities
- Stay wellinformed about market trends property values and competitive offerings
- Provide clients with accurate and uptodate market information
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty
- Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potential investment
- Facilitate the timely closure of property deals ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Real Estate industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelors degree
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Exhibits a strong passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
