Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the banking domain. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements for a variety of banking projects and strategic initiatives ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements for banking products processes and systems.
- Conduct indepth analysis of business processes systems and data to identify improvement and optimization opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications user stories and process flows for development and testing teams.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables.
- Assist in the design development and implementation of banking systems and processes that meet business and regulatory objectives.
- Perform impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed system/process changes.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users resolving queries and issues related to banking systems and processes.
- Support Project Managers in the delivery of technology and business initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams clearly conveying business needs and expectations.
- Participate actively in system/application testing including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for inhouse and thirdparty solutions.

Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Data Science Information Systems Information Technology Engineering or a related technical field.
- A Master s degree in Management Technology or related disciplines is a plus.
Experience:
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in the financial services/banking industry specifically in areas relevant to the role.
- Strong background in Business Analysis with proven expertise in digital and datadriven projects within the banking sector.
