Job Description
Embark on an exhilarating career as a Sales Agent in the thrilling world of adventure travel! This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your sales expertise with a passion for global exploration. You ll be the vital link between adventureseeking customers and their dream destinations guiding them through an array of exciting travel packages. As part of a growing team you ll play a crucial role in the company s expansion directly contributing to its success while helping people turn their travel aspirations into reality. This position allows you to work remotely connecting with customers from diverse backgrounds and sharing in their excitement as you help craft their perfect adventure.
Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive outreach to potential adventurers igniting their passion for travel through compelling phone conversations
- Conduct insightful prequalification calls uncovering customers deepest travel desires and matching them with ideal adventure packages
- Master the art of followup nurturing leads through a series of 23 calls to transform interest into confirmed bookings
- Become an expert storyteller painting vivid pictures of exotic destinations and thrilling experiences to captivate and convince potential travelers
- Harness the power of the company s CRM system ensuring every customer interaction is captured and leveraged for future success
- Achieve and exceed sales targets directly contributing to the company s growth and your own professional development
- Provide worldclass customer service ensuring each interaction leaves travelers excited and confident about their upcoming adventures
Requirements
- Proven track record in telesales or customer service with a preference for experience in the dynamic travel industry
- Exceptional communication skills in English with additional languages being a significant advantage in this global role
- Selfmotivated and disciplined thriving in a remote work environment while maintaining high productivity
- Natural talent for persuasion and negotiation coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for travel and adventure
- Proficiency with CRM systems and phonebased sales tools ready to leverage technology in driving sales success
- Availability to work fulltime including Saturdays aligning with the following schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 3 PM to 9 PM Italian time
- Saturday: 9 AM to 9 PM Italian time
- Monday to Friday: 3 PM to 9 PM Italian time
- Adaptability to handle a high volume of diverse leads with the goal of achieving and surpassing a 10 conversion rate
