About the Role
2025 Canon Insights Summer Internship
Canon U. S. A. Inc. is currently hiring for our 2025 Canon Insights Internship Program. The program will be held from Monday June 2 2025 Wednesday August 6 2025.
Canon is an innovative global digital imaging leader that uses technology to dissolve the barriers we face in the connections we build the experiences we create and even the lives we live. We are looking for passionate and experienced students to join the Canon USA team. This is a paid summer internship 10week robust experience based in our Melville New York Headquarters.
What Youll Do:
You will have the opportunity to gain handson work experience by participating in significant work projects that help you learn develop business skills and provide a meaningful contribution to Canons business and goals.
You will be exposed to worldclass teams and our business marketing and strategy initiatives through training meetings presentations and other planned activities.
Youll gain marketable skills and knowledge that youll need in transitioning into the workforce.
Youll come to the office 3 days a week and 2 days with the option to work from home (unless a specific business need arises requiring inoffice attendance on other days). This position offers a hybrid work schedule on fulltime 9 AM 5 PM) schedule based on a 35hour work week. Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
Who You Are:
A current student pursuing a Bachelors degree as of the Summer 2025 enrolled in a related major in the department of interest.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills strong computer skills including MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Team player and work independently.

The 2025 Canon Insights Summer Internship Early Talent Intern
This program is designed to provide undergraduate students with an opportunity to gain handson work experience by participating in significant work projects training meetings presentations and activities.
The Corporate Human Resources Division summer intern for Early Talent will participatein the following projects and responsibilities:
Provide overall Early Talent programing support throughout the 10 weeks as a Summer Intern.
Liaison between Early Talent and Summer Interns throughout the Summer Insights Internship program regarding calendar of events status updates etc.
Assist with the logistics of the robust summer internship events and activities.
Execute creative graphics and content for various internal and external posts.
Take candid photos of interns and events for social media posts.
Suggest new trends and creative ideas to enhance internship program.
Conduct a focus group with interns in Melville and other subsidiaries to collect feedback regarding the internship program.
Collect testimonials from interns peer buddies and managers.
Opportunity to moderate virtual and inperson sessions roundtable discussions and/or lunch and learns.
Opportunity to event plan and emcee executive Summer Internship presentations.
Provide support with the Handshake platform (recruiting/networking events and job fair scheduling).
Opportunity to liaison between Early Talent and other HR departments.
