As a Digital Sales Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and digital teams managing key administrative tasks coordinating client communications and ensuring seamless campaign .
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by preparing client proposals presentations and marketing materials.
- Process and track media orderswith accuracy and efficiency.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications addressing service requests and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Generate sales performance reports campaign analytics and market insightsto support strategic decisionmaking.
- Oversee weekly pacing creative approvals and inventory tracking.
- Manage campaign troubleshoot issues as needed and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Assist with order fulfillment trafficking and digital campaign management.
- Stay informed on industry trends and company productsto provide expert support.

Qualifications:
- Experience in digital advertising platforms creative development or video production coordinationis a plus.
