Are you ready to jumpstart your career in finance and develop into a future financial leader Are you looking for a traineeship that offers experience not only locally but also internationally The Mars Finance Leadership Experience Traineeship gives you the opportunity to lead projects make strategic decisions and immerse yourself in various financial domains within a globally renowned FMCG company.
What can you expect from the Finance Leadership Traineeship
The Finance Leadership Traineeship is a threeyear program with three 12month rotations. Youll have the unique chance to grow in diverse financial areas such as supply finance market finance financial control or digital transformation. One of the rotations could even take place abroad.
- Year 1: Build a strong foundation in a financial domain and learn how your work impacts Mars growth and brands.
- Year 2: Gain international experience by working abroad for a year or work on challenging international projects.
- Year 3: Deepen your leadership capabilities by managing a team and making strategic decisions that truly make a difference.
At the end of the traineeship youll be ready to take on roles such as Finance Business Partner Finance Manager or other strategic positions within our organization. Many of our alumni now hold key positions as CFOs and strategic leaders.
As a Finance Leadership Trainee youll have the chance to:
- Complete three dynamic rotations developing expertise in various financial disciplines.
- Lead teams and implement projects to continuously develop yourself.
- Follow a personalized development plan tailored to your ambitions and skills.

We are looking for ambitious (soontobe) graduates who:
- Have obtained a masters degree in a financial field in 2024 or 2025.
- Are ambitious and see themselves as future finance directors.
- Possess strong analytical skills and a deep interest in finance.
- Dare to challenge the status quo and bring innovative ideas.
- Are eager to learn driven and excited about gaining international experience.
- Speak English fluently and preferably also French.
