BciCapital (BciC) is a fullyowned subsidiary of City National Bank that provides financing packages across a wide variety of industries with subject area expertise to support transactions in franchise finance public finance and equipment finance. With its own origination operations and portfolio administration staff BciCis structured parallel to CNB and can support clients throughout the entire financing lifecycle. BciC was created to supplement CNBs existing lending business and to build a portfolio with diversification across a range of asset classes geographies and verticals. The department originates loans and equipment lease transactions nationwide targeting commercial and corporate clients and prospects. BciCoffers a wide range of financing options to suit clients unique needs including Early Buyout Option (EBO) leases Fair Market Value (FMV) leases TRAC and Split TRAC Leases $1 Buyout Leases and a full complement of loan options featuring low fixed rates and competitive terms.
