Job Description:
As a Sales / Senior Sales Consultant you will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities building strong client relationships and providing tailored solutions that align with our clients visions. You will work closely with our design and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery from initial contact through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant retail hospitality and workplace sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing expert guidance on design and build solutions.
- Present and pitch our services to potential clients showcasing our expertise and past projects.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop tailored proposals and quotes that meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring all agreements are mutually beneficial and align with company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales role preferably within the design build or related industries (e.g. restaurants retail hospitality workplaces).
- Strong understanding of the design and build process with the ability to effectively communicate this to clients.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and resultsdriven approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment with a focus on delivering highquality results.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working within the restaurant retail hospitality or workplace design and build sectors.
- A network of contacts within these industries.
- A passion for design and creating innovative spaces.
