Job Description
Are you a compassionate and skilled Support Worker with Advanced CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Training If youre dedicated to making a real difference in peoples lives we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide vital care and support to individuals with complex needs mental health conditions and learning disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities including personal care meal preparation and social interaction.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals by applying Advanced CPI techniques to manage challenging behaviours.
- Empower individuals to maintain their independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and follow tailored care plans.
Essential Requirements:
- Advanced CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Training only candidates with this certification will be considered.
- Previous experience as a Support Worker in a healthcare or care setting.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and personcentred care practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Excellent communication skills empathy and a passion for delivering highquality care.
