Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Head of Audit to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and auditing with a proven track record of managing and leading audit teams. This is a fulltime position based in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the annual audit plan for the company ensuring it is in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements Lead and manage a team of auditors providing guidance training and support to ensure highquality audit processes and reports Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of improvement for the companys internal controls and processes Review and evaluate the effectiveness of the companys risk management control and governance processes Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and work with them to implement necessary changes and improvements Monitor and track progress of audit recommendations and provide regular updates to senior management and the board of directors Stay uptodate with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the companys audit processes are in compliance Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in banking and/or auditing with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of banking regulations and standards including IFRS and SOX Professional certifications such as CPA CIA or CISA are preferred Excellent leadership and people management skills Proven ability to develop and implement audit plans and strategies Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Arabic.
