Were looking for hardworking dog lovers (and animals) like you to join our manufacturing and fulfilment team in Blyth Doncaster. In return for your tailwagging dedication we offer a competitive wage of 13.78 per hour plus a shift premium of 20 15.16 per hour) base salary is 29489.79 with.14

Which is precisely why we have built one. Rudies Kitchen is the place where we lovingly cook our Butternut meals using only the finest humanquality ingredients. Rudies is also where we package our meals and box them for our customers all over the UK and beyond. A bit about the role:
- Be accountable for the timely fulfilment of highquality customer orders
- Provide supervision and support to the fulfilment team in order to meet key operational metrics of quality packing accuracy and packing rates
- Assist the Team Leader by monitoring & improving your teams performance in order to achieve growth and accuracy in a supportive environment
- Work in a safe way following all appropriate safety procedures by maintaining a tidy and hygienic working environment.
- Point of contact for Team Leader for regular performance review meetings
- Occasional attendance and contribution at daily review meetings
- Other general tasks waste processing order packing etc.
- Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Work well with multiple functional teams including Engineering Technical Production and Warehousing.
A bit about you
- Previous experience as a line leader or area leader within the food manufacturing sector (preferred)
- Ability to read and communicate confidently in English
- Numerate (able to understand and work with numbers)
- Hardworking & diligent with a hunger to learn
- Flexible pragmatic resilient & humble
- Committed to food quality & safety
- Loves dogs (naturally)

- This role is 100 based in our kitchen in Blyth Doncaster
