Job Description Summary
Student Admin/Office Assistant will assist with the daily operations of the TLC and is responsible for handling clerical tasks in the Tutoring Center. These tasks include the reception of students and visitors handling general inquiries through email and performing other general office duties.
Responsibilities
Greet students/visitors. Checkin and help students connect with Tutor. Assist with tutoring schedule and webpage updates. Answer incoming inquiries by email or phone. Help organize and maintain office common areas. Data entry. Perform other general office clerical duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Strong attention to detail Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills Reliable and communicates well with the supervisor Familiarity with Microsoft Office
