Job Description
Purpose: The TCK Volunteer serves at Novo events or meetings to provides certain children of Novo staff with spiritual and emotional support and encouragement. By sharing their own experience as a TCK the purpose is to help the children to adapt to their host culture and to ultimately point them toward Jesus.
Qualifications: The TCK Volunteer must have an active personal relationship with Jesus experience as a TCK in the same host culture as those they serve have history with Novo and be in a healthy place on their own TCK journey.
Applicant Process:
- Complete a volunteer application
- Complete a background check and child safely training
- Complete an onboarding event and sign adherence to Novo volunteer guidelines
- Acknowledge your agreement with Novos Basic Beliefs and Biblical Convictions and mission.
