Job Description:
We are searching for an individual who is passionate about US manufacturing and fitness to fill the Director of Finance Manufacturing role. This position will be a key member of our manufacturing leadership team and will lead the financial strategy manufacturing finance operations and cost accounting activities for Rogues manufacturing operations.
The Director of Finance Manufacturing is a fully onsite role in Columbus Ohio. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the financial strategy and leadership of Rogues manufacturing operations.
Take ownership and responsibility for the manufacturing financial health of the company.
Provide technical expertise and bestinclass process improvements including but not limited to machine efficiency modeling.
Regularly meet with manufacturing leadership reviewing production machine and financial processes and implement strategies that result in continuous improvement.
Lead various manufacturing projects resulting in a wellcontrolled operating system projects will vary depending on business needs.
Ensure internal controls are followed and that cycle counts receiving production orders and other miscellaneous activities are accurate.
Review accuracy of bills of materials including yield percentages routings and plant performance.
Provide daytoday and weekly support of spending control.
Prepare review and distribute daily weekly monthly quarterly and annual financial operating and executive reports.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Finance or Accounting or MBA required.
CMA CPA preferred.
10 years in manufacturing finance with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience with developing and leading a high performing team.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting financial modeling and operational metrics.
Ability to work in a deadlinedriven fastpaced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience in MRP systems such as SAP Microsoft Dynamics etc.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analytical skills.
Manufacturing and plant experience required.
