TheHuman Capital Operations Coordinator for Netherlands and Nordicsrole is responsible for the coordination and administration of HC related activities. Activities include but are not limited to contract and letter generation data entry to the HR system (Workday) answering benefits queries resolving problems and providing a payroll change instructions. Acting as a liaison between employees relevant benefit/external providers and business units the Human Capital Coordinator provides a high level of client service to employees to ensure there is a positive employee experience.
This is a 7month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilties:
Generating and administering new hire documentation including references employment contracts offer letters and all leaver documentation
Assisting in updating of Policies & Procedures
Responding to all reference requests for past employees in a timely manner
Assisting Human Capital in advising employees and supervisors regarding benefits
Working closely with Recruitment department in areas such as processing new hire documentation
Maintaining and regularly auditing employee network files
Maintaining HRIS database (ET) and WorkDay
Supporting benefits administration including implementation of any new benefits
Responding to payroll and benefit queries
Administering and validating the monthly payroll
Monitoring the mailboxes for Human Capital operations queries
Assisting with requesting and processing Background checks with our Provider/ Ministry of Justice and maintain records
Assisting with the maintenance of holiday tracking in both OW finance systems and payrolls
Processing any flexible working requests
Additional support on any ongoing HC operations project work
Maintaining human resources records by recording new hires transfers terminations changes in job classifications tracking vacation sick and personal time.
Orientating new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information
Documenting human resources actions by completing forms reports logs and records
Acting as a conduit to all external parties including acting as a point of contact for all state services and providing the necessary data and reporting
Adminstering all benefits and acting as the primary point of contact for the benefit team
Running the EU cross border registration process for all Copenhagen Stockholm & Amsterdam based employees who are staffed in relevant countries
Reporting regularly to the central compensation team
Keeping up to date with legal changes and working with regional HCM to implement any necessary adjustments
Arranging exit interviews for leavers
Processing HR related invoices and following up with the finance team where necessary
Point of contact for audit requests from the finance team.
Experience required:
Previous HR administration experience or an HR background is preferred
Fluency in English and Swedish Dutch or Danish
Previous experience and familiarity with the Microsoft Office package
Data entry experience preferable.

Selfstarter with a strong work ethic and an ability to work with minimal oversight
Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a global team in a multicultural environment.
