Hiring a Full Time and Part Time Physical Therapist October 2024
5 days per week no weekends or holidays.

Opening for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient Physical Therapy team in North Andover MA.

This position is in a specialized outpatient Physical Therapy clinic servicing youth to adults specializing in the treatment of balance disorders and Dizziness.

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to perform Initial Evaluations Reevaluations and daily followup treatments and work with the rest of the clinical and administrative staff.

State of the art equipment includes world class ceiling mounted railing system computerized dynamic posturography and proprietary wellness exam technology.

Robust professional education is provided in addition to peer mentorship.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist 5 days per week with outpatient vestibular experience preferred Must be licensed in the state of Massachusetts. See Below for a full job description. Please submit your resume and a cover letter.

Job Title: Physical Therapist
Reports To: Clinical Manager
Summary: Administers physical therapy Evaluations and treatments to patients by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provides patient care in accordance with established protocols and patient care guidelines.
Responsible for timely documentation including but not limited to Initial Evaluations Reevaluations daily notes progress reports discharge summaries and incident reports.
Responsible for assuring that patients are treated promptly in accordance with their scheduled appointments.
Responsible for the provision of comprehensive patient care.
Confers with members of physical therapy staff and other health team members to exchange discuss and evaluate patient information for planning modifying and coordinating treatment programs.
Directs and gives instructions to Physical Therapist Assistants.
Performs clerical duties such as taking inventory ordering supplies answering telephone calls taking messages and filling out forms for insurance authorizations.
Complies with State and Licensing board regulations.
