Who Were Looking For
We are seeking hardworking individuals ready to invest their time and effort into their role as a User Acquisition Manager (Google platform). You are curious driven by challenges and mature enough to take ownership of your actions. Your main goal would be to acquire users with high ROI on the US geo.
Requirements:
- 2 years background in IT/Marketing company;
- High skills in traffic purchasing for dating verticals;
- US market experience at a high level;
- Excellent understanding of working with Google Ads;
- Volumes of traffic purchases from Google at $100k per month and more or at 500k per month in total from different traffic channels;
Will be a plus
- Experience in mentoring junior media buyers;
- Experience in purchasing on the US market in gray/black niches
(Adult dating Gambling Sweepstakes); - Experience in managing a team of media buyers from 2 people.
Your tasks:
- Purchasing traffic from Google (Search and PerfMax) according to KPIs for traffic volume and gross margin;
- Forming a team of junior/middle media buyers;
- Team management to achieve monthly/yearly goals for traffic volume and gross margin.
- Upon achieving goals and stabilizing the purchase of traffic from
Google we can launch Facebook (anytime).
