Description

We are currently seeking an fulltime Admin Support (gn) to join our team at our Headquarters in Hasselt Belgium with an immediate start date. This position offers a hybrid work model with two office days per week.

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Admin Support (gn) to oversee daily office tasks improve administrative processes and collaborate with various departments but mainly commercial (Sales/Marketing) related. The ideal candidate will be organized detailoriented and have a strong affinity for systems and technology. Were looking for an energetic team player who takes shared responsibility for driving the companys growth and success.

The position can also be considered as an 8090 percent parttime role. We are happy to consider applicants from Belgium as well as from the Netherlands.

Your Role

  • Sales Support 70
    • Incoming customer requests
    • Support in contracting & order management
    • Event coordination
    • Marketing support
    • Coordination of events and bookings
    • Business Operations
  • Office Management 30
    • Tools and Technology management
    • Support in administration
    • Office Management & communication with the landlord
    • Keeping an eye on the premises equipment & conference rooms
    • Company car management
    • Onsite event management

Your Skills

  • A Bachelors degree in business administration commerce or a relevant area of study is a mandatory requirement
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Strong command of written and verbal communication abilities
  • Quick learner who can rapidly grasp processes systems and companyspecific information
  • Proficiency in using MS Office/MS Excel
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal is required for this role
