We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Admin Specialist to join our Community Administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of cross-functional duties in support of customer-facing teams and multiple communities. including: project management system administration data analysis and community training. The Community Admin Specialist develops and maintains a comprehensive partnership with the internal teams and the customers at multiple levels anticipating needs and providing solutions as a critical part of a regions homelessness response systems..

Compensation:
We are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation including skills qualifications and professional experience which can cause your compensation to vary. This role has an annual targeted total compensation range of $48000 - $106000 which includes variable compensation (bonus) eligibility.
(Most candidates join us at the lower half of the range to leave room for growth learning and development; we negotiate actual salaries with final candidates based on experience in similar roles and expertise related to qualifications)

About the Community Administration Team:
The Community Administration team partners closely with communities across the United States to maximize the role of HMIS as a key element of a strong homelessness response system. Our role varies widely and the day-to-day work may include responsibilities such as:
- Working closely with community partners to guide plan and manage complex initiatives in response to new federal funding.
- Consult with county leadership about bringing new shelters into the local coordinated entry system.
- Configuring Clarity Human Services to allow two agencies to share data.
- Reviewing data quality and outcomes dashboards to identify priority areas for agency outreach and support.
- Collaborating with other Bitfocus departments to develop a custom report.
- Designing audience-appropriate training for front-line staff agency managers and other community stakeholders. Topics may include HMIS requirements coordinated entry workflow local initiatives CoC best practices and/or other HMIS-related topics.

As a Community Admin Specialist you will:
- Guide Plan and Manage: Work closely with community partners to guide plan and manage complex initiatives.
- Clarity Human Services and Looker: Configure Clarity Human Services and Looker software which requires staying current on software updates and new features and participating in user groups and forums to share best practices and troubleshoot issues.
- Training: Develop and deliver high-quality training and presentations to a variety of audiences including front-line staff managers and executive leadership. This includes developing training materials and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Data Analysis: Assist customer-facing teams with data analysis data visualization data quality reviews and outreach including providing support and expertise in managing and analyzing data to ensure accuracy completeness and meaningful insights.
- Reporting and Compliance: Assist customer-facing teams with configuring systems and/or submitting reports per HUD/local CoC requirements.
- Projects: Manage and/or assist on time-limited projects such as compliance audits updates per data standards and/or research and launch of new solutions involving overseeing and supporting various projects with specific timelines and objectives.
- Local and National Policy: Developing subject matter expertise on the local and national policies practices and program models that impact the homelessness response system.
What you bring:
- Proven data analysis skills: You possess strong data analysis skills. This includes the ability to collect analyze and interpret data related to homelessness such as demographic trends service utilization rates and outcomes
- Strong attention to detail and some project management skills: You have the ability to meticulously review policies regulations and program models to understand their nuances and implications. The ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively create project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives related to homelessness.
- Experience in fields requiring compliance with regulations and policies: You have previous experience in fields that require compliance with regulations and policies (such as public housing healthcare education city government etc.)
- Ability to be flexible and pivot: The nature of addressing homelessness often requires flexibility and adaptability. You should be able to pivot quickly and adjust strategies based on evolving needs emerging challenges or changing requirements. This may involve revising project plans reallocating resources or exploring new approaches to meet the demands of the homelessness response system effectively.
- You have the proven ability to learn new technologies databases and/or software applications: In a rapidly advancing technological landscape it is crucial to have the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies databases and software applications.
- You have demonstrated the ability to reliably meet deadlines and contractual obligations: Meeting deadlines and contractual obligations is a critical aspect of this role. Should have a track record of consistently delivering high-quality work within specified timeframes.
- Youre highly organized with excellent time management skills: Strong organizational skills and effective time management are essential for success in this role. Should be able to efficiently manage your workload set priorities and allocate resources appropriately.
