Job Description
- JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background capable of aligning IT solutions with our business objectives. You will be responsible for managing IT projects maintaining our Google Workspace environment ensuring security and compliance and driving datadriven decisionmaking through the development and maintenance of insightful sales and finance dashboards and reporting.
Tasks
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic IT Management & Planning:
Technology Roadmap Development: Identify current and future technology needs develop comprehensive longterm IT roadmaps and align IT strategies with the organizations overarching business goals.Business Requirements Analysis: Translate complex business requirements into effective IT solutions ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and user needs.
Project Leadership: Manage IT projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery adherence to budget and achievement of project goals.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with project stakeholders business users vendors internal IT teams and outsourced resources fostering collaboration and clear communication.
Process Optimization: Analyze user operations to identify strengths and weaknesses and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
IT Administration & Infrastructure Management:
IT Infrastructure Support: Serve as the primary escalation point technical issues providing timely and effective resolutions to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Google Workspace Management: Oversee the administration maintenance and optimization of our Google Workspace environment including user management security configurations and application integration.
Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce robust security protocols and compliance standards across all IT operations to protect sensitive data and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
Software Development & Data Analytics:
Dashboard & Reporting Development: Design develop and maintain sales and finance dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for datadriven decisionmaking.
Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop and refine sales forecasting models leveraging data analysis to improve accuracy and predictability.
Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights and create compelling visualizations to support business objectives.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Python
Proficient in ETL processes as well as developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
Good business judgment as well as ability to think clearly analyse quantitatively problemsolve and prioritise.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated and driven with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
