Job Description
Position Title: IT Project Manager wtih labvantag
Duration: 9 months
Extension: Potential
Location: Remote
Must Haves
Waterfall
Ideally implemented labvantage in the past NEED to have this experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
3 years of applicable experience in managing project deliveries.
3 years of demonstrated experience managing small to mediumsize IT projects
PMI certification (PMP) desired
Formal training or experience working with MS Project MPP tools JIRA Sharepoint and Visio
Solid understanding of project management including knowledge of various project methodologies (agile waterfall)
Infrastructure and IT software acumen
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills to coordinate at all levels
A selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment and has ability to manage and prioritize concurrent work assignments
Leadership skills to manage associates and other parties in a matrix environment
Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships and to deal with conflicts in a professional and objective manner
Must be able to learn new tools and processes quickly and effectively.
Ability to effectively manage vendor contractor and business partner relationships during the project duration; clear understanding of key accounting concepts (capitalization vs. expense)

Under limited supervision plans schedules and ensures timely completion of small to mediumsized projects related to internal information systems.
The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing IT projects considering scope planning resources and budget with a global approach. To accomplish this the PM will follow the PMOs direction regarding standards methodology and tools which will allow them to manage and deliver artifacts to successfully complete the planning testing go live and post go live project phases/milestones.
Labvantage very niche in the quality control scope have been working with business partner on these implementations for a year now but now he has requested someone with Labvantage experience
High priority corporate project to bring everything into compliance
One of the aspects is putting them on labvantage need this person ASAP people working with will be US based some travel to poland polish is not required they all speak english
No direct reports traditional pm supporting function scheduling meetings
Ideally implemented labvantage in the past
