Job Description
Facility: Lasell House at Lasell Village
Address: 120 Seminary Ave Auburndale MA 02466 United States
Contract: Permanent
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $42.50 $45.50 (based on experience)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Lasell House at Lasell Village is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide highquality rehabilitative care to residents. The ideal candidate will assess patient conditions develop customized treatment plans and implement therapy techniques to enhance mobility strength and overall function.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans based on their needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and athome exercises.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments treatments and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with facility protocols state regulations and professional standards.
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques rehabilitation principles and mobility devices.
