Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Data Entry Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining data across various platforms and systems. This position is critical to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data which supports key business decisions and operational processes. You will work closely with different departments to gather information and input it into our databases ensuring that records are complete and organized. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities to help streamline our data management practices. Additionally you will be expected to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. The Data Entry Representative will play a vital role in supporting our datadriven initiatives contributing to the overall success of our organization. Your ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple tasks will be essential. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for data management and a desire to enhance processes we encourage you to apply and become a vital part of our team.Responsibilities:Accurately input data into company databases and systems.Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.Update existing records with new information as necessary.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information according to company policies.Assist with data retrieval for reporting and analysis as needed.Collaborate with various departments to collect and manage data effectively.Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data promptly.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.Proven experience in data entry or a related field.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 wpm.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.Strong communication skills both verbal and written.PAYRATE: $19.40 $29.70 Hourly
